Meanwhile, it metaphors characters of full of ocean in Liao Ning Province. The flowing curve symbols wave of ocean. In the middle of Logo, it’s a golden Shang Shen stick (represents Custom) and letter E(Electronic),two elements combine together and meaning is Liao Ning Electronic Port this ship shall carry on aggressive. It’s a new high tech enterprise which relies on China Electronic Port, Unity led by the Liaoning Provincial Government, and all sections combined together to build it.
